Course: 3.0 miles – 3x1 mile loops (Flat on Crushed Limestone and Grass)

Blue: Aurora Central Catholic, Elmwood Park, Fenton, Riverside Brookfield, Rosary (G), St. Francis, Wheaton Academy
Red: Aurora Christian, Bishop McNamara, Chicago Christian, Guerin, IC Catholic Prep, Ridgewood, St. Edward, Timothy Christian
Races:
9:00am Varsity Girls Race (7 runners max)
9:40am Varsity Boys Race (7 runners max)
10:20am JV Girls (unlimited entries)
11:00am Frosh-Soph Boys (7 runners max)
11:40am Open Boys (unlimited entries)
Awards: For EACH division: First place team championship plaques will be given to the winners of the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys races. The top 12 runners in the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys races will receive All-Conference Medals/Honors. No certificates will be issued. The top 12 Junior Varsity Girls and the top 12 Frosh-Soph Boys will receive ribbons. No awards will be given for the Open Boys race.
Race detail and Registration for the 2018 Metro Suburban Conference - Blue/Red Divisions - Cross Country Championship Invite is available through the following link: https://www.runrace.net/findarace.php?id=18286IL. Click on the "Registration" tab to get your team(s) registered.
The course will open at 8:00am. Coaches should pick up their packets from the concession stand when they arrive. Extra course maps will be included. The deadline for making entries is Wednesday, October 10th, at 12:00pm. Running chips are specifically assigned to individual runners and any errors/changes must be made with the timing company upon arrival at the meet on Saturday. Following races, it is the responsibility of the head coach from each school to collect the running chips from their runners. Upon the conclusion of each race, all chips must be returned. The awards ceremony will not begin until all running chips have been returned. Any unreturned running chips will result in a $10 replacement fee assessed to the runner’s school. No dogs are allowed on campus, per district policy.
A concession stand will be open with a variety of items to eat and drink. There are bathrooms at the east and west concession stands as well as inside the school. Meet shirts will be available for sale for $20 (long sleeve dri-fit).
The awards ceremony will be immediately following the Boys Open race in the Main Gym at approximately 12:15pm.
