Location: Elmwood Park High School – 8201 W. Fullerton Ave. Elmwood Park, IL 60707

Parking: Parking in the school parking lot. Buses should park on Fullerton Avenue.

Team Camps: Team tents can be set up on the east side of campus, near the start.

Meet Entries & Scoring:
Entries must be completed via Athletic.net by Monday, October 21st. Entries for the race will be pulled from IHSA. Please contact Race Manager/Head Girls Cross Country, Kendal Ahlmann (ahlmannk@epcusd401.org) or Elmwood Park High School Athletic Director, Tony Sylvester (sylvestera@epcusd401.org) if you need any information regarding timing or general meet questions. We will use digital timing software as well as video analysis for all races. Per IHSA rule, results will only become available once the head official approves them.

Race Times:
9:20 am: Coaches Meeting (We will have hospitality for the coaches and officials.)
10:00 am: Girls Race
11:00 am: Boys Race
*Awards will occur near the tennis court concession stands following the boys race (approximately 11:45 am, depending on video review per IHSA rule).
*Preview Run: The course will be open to run on Friday the 25th from 3:30 - 5:30 (sharp 5:30 end time).

Results: RunRace.net Per IHSA rule, results will only become available once the head official approves them.
Terms & Conditions Regarding Final Results: A period of not less than 15 minutes will be provided for coaches review after posting the results and prior to going to the awards stand.

Awards:
Championship plaque will be awarded to the first-place teams in each race. Medals to the top 5 finishers in each race. Top 6 teams qualify to sectionals, along with the Top 5 remaining fastest runners from a non-qualifying team. Any team that ties for the last qualifying spot advances. If the 6th, 7th or 8th place overall finishers are not on a qualifying team, they advance as well (this is pretty rare).

Shirts can be pre-ordered--we will send out the link by Friday. T-shirt vendor will not be on site.
