The course will wind along the ridge of the scenic Illinois River Valley and offers several challenging climbs and some very steep descents. There will be 4 aid stations per 20 mile loop, three of the aid stations are manned and well stocked with standard aid station food along with hot food items. One aid station is unmanned and will have minimal snacks, water, and tailwind.
