XC & Road Race at Riis w Natalia, Rick, Brad & Hank!
Great to see Rick at Riis! He brought some young XC runners today from his XC Team: Brad and Natalia. Outstanding to see these young competitors. Nadia, Riis Park Staff-- loaded the Riis Club Car with T-Ball Awards for the club next to our meet. Hank was there with his pet, walking the road race course. Bob C discussed the benefits of using different foam rollers, and utilizing PhysioRecover chocolate milk. Enhances recovery to muscle cells. At 70+, he is faster than most 50 year olds in the group.
