O'Hare 5K Race (NEW Runway 9L-27R & UA 747)
The weather and visibility were ideal for take-off on Chicago O'Hare's newest runway 9L-27R (out and back). Topping off this unique 5K race experience, was to circle around a United Airlines 747-built for worldwide international travel. Runners couldn't resist massive photo opts..on a scale like a 747. Flying buffs, this is your tarmac--including giant rubber skid marks! I would definitely run this again. Book my flight.
