National SpeakUp5k Day is a nationwide virtual 5k hosted by Cameron K. Gallagher Foundation, whose mission is to raise awareness and understanding of teen depression and anxiety. Show that mental well-being is a priority in your community. This non-competitive race is great for families, coworkers, neighbors, and friends. T-shirts and race bibs mailed to all registrants. Student pricing available.
