Run For Thy Neighbor 5K is hosted by Christ Episcopal Church located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA. For the 3rd consecutive year proceeds will benefit HEARTH of Allegheny County, PA. HEARTH provides housing and resources for women with children in Allegheny County who are survivors of domestic violence or other trauma and are experiencing homelessness.

Run or walk the 5 K between July 31 and August 10, 2020. You can do it by yourself or in a small group of three. Please follow CDC and Pensylvania Governor Wolf's guidelines for social safety among your group and for other people you may encounter.

Send documentation of your participation by email to the race director no later than August 12.

If you are in this for support of HEARTH and the social fun, take photos of yourself and any group members who run/walk with you. Scenic views and interesting sites on your route would be great also. This will serve as your documentation.

If you are in this for support of HEARTH and are also a dedicated runner you may want to document your efforts "for the record". In this case you can document with a smart phone APP that can track your distance and time. Distance and time information from any App is acceptable.
