| | | | | | Race Information | | | Description: | | | | | Come enjoy an early spring walk or run through the maple woods! Syrup season will be in full swing and we hope the sap will be running, too. This fundraising event will include a 5k fun run (not timed) and a 1 mile stroll over handicapped accessible limestone trails and adjoining paved roads. All ages and abilities are welcome. We encourage families to come enjoy all that the park has to offer.
The full goody bag is $25 and includes the run, a shirt designed especially for this event, a pint of pure maple syrup, and a ticket to the all-you-can-eat pancake and sausage meal at Maple Syrup Days the following weekend, March 17 and 18. These tickets must be purchased by February 20.
The basic goody bag is $10 for the run and meal ticket ONLY. These tickets will also be available at the door, if there are still spaces available.
Due to space constraints, event is limited to the first 100 participants.
Proceeds will go toward the purchase of new picnic tables at Maple Wood Nature Center. | | | | |
